Quiet Acoustics panels are made from 100% Aluminium, micro-perforated honeycomb sandwich panels. Each honeycomb cell and perforation forms Helmholtz resonator, with 20,000 cells per sheets coalescing to form one large noise canceling wave front.

The 2400 x 1200mm panels handle over 500kg of flexural capacity, meet fire, and anti- corrosion specifications to US military (MIL), ISO, and IMO standards, and is DNV Oil & Gas quality assured.   

They are structural, so require no separate support, lightweight (3kg/sqm) for easy assembly, and can be tuned to absorb any narrow, tonal, or broad frequency band of noise, from 2mm thick panels for high pitch noise reduction, to 80mm thick deep bass noise absorption.
